Responsibilities:

• Manage material quality assurance scheme
• Provide fabric/colour technical support to production/merchandising team, and fabric technical problem solving
• Assess fabric production problems and work with mills and garment factories to resolve
• Carry out mill evaluations to assess mills’ capabilities, ensure they meet the requirement and where required put forward for improvement
• Performing inspections, audits, surveillance at suppliers as required

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder preferred in Textile Chemistry/Technology
• 3-5+ years’ experience working in apparel material field
• Solid technical knowledge in fabric processing (knitting/weaving, dyeing & finishing etc.) is advantage
• Good knowledge in quality control and laboratory test procedures
• Willing to travel to factory located in Taiwan, Vietnam, China, and other ASEAN countries
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and verbal communication skills
