Job Description :

• Act as the key contact to customers to manage, respond and resolve their day-to-day business issues in a timely and quality manner.
• Responsible for customer's order and after sales service

Job Requirements :

• Form 5 or above is preferred
• At least 1 year in trim & garment accessories (tape, string, metal, label, hangtag, etc),
• Initiative, aggressive, independent, mature and responsible
• Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills and problem solving skill with detailed mind
• Knowledge of computer applications
• Good command of English and fair Mandarin
