工作職責 :

1. 庫存控制：

- 調查包括IRDR，錯漏發，以及所有影響客戶體驗的問題，並每天/每週/每月回饋給倉庫； 

- 通過各種盤點方式來維護庫存精度的準確性； 

2. 品質監督： 

- 對運營中的操作進行稽查，稽查操作是否符合SOP規定，稽查庫存是否準確，稽查操作中是否有違背任何品質要求的方面； 

- 建立稽查系統並回饋稽查結果；

3. 品質改善： 

- 在庫存控制和品質保證兩個方面的基礎上，調查問題根本原因，並立即採取改善行動； 

- 每週/每月組織品質會議，回顧品質指針, 在庫房內部推進品質改善項目； 

- 推進庫房執行改善行動並跟蹤回饋； 

- 維持品質文化/體系，加強員工的品質意識；

入職要求 :

- 高中及以上學歷；

- 有良好的溝通協調能力，團隊合作精神，有較強的執行力，強烈的責任心與敬業精神；

- 熟悉基本電腦WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint； 

- 有倉庫QA工作經驗優先考慮；
