Responsibilities:

• General PC and networking support to end users
• Networking device set up and supoort
• Participate in installing and upgrading of IT infrastructure, Window servers, etc.
• Server and network administration for local and remotes offices
• Sourcing and acquisition of computer hardware and software

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines in IT fields
• Experience and knowledge in POS, MS Window server, MS Office and common application software
• Practical working experience in network infrastructure, including domain services, DNS, firewall, switches, router and VPN
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
