* hold a BS degree in Engineering or related field, with minimum 4 years direct experience.

* Previous experience in automobile industry n knowledge in battery or battery pack is a preference.

* Must process  experience in setting up production lines for over 100 staffs in the factory,either with automation or semi-automation experience.
