JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the creation of accurate production plans to Vendors and Mills
• Support collaboration with APAC Vendors and Mills for capacity and materials planning requirements
• Support and facilitate a collaborative planning process between the supply chain team and the vendors/mills
• Achieve or exceed agreed-upon supply chain KPIs including on time delivery and Fill rates
• Support supply planning and S&OP meetings providing analysis and reporting
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to supply planning results and processes
• Gather and interpret relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
• Manage the PO issuance and collaboration process with Vendors
• Track production issues with vendors and mills and escalate to central leadership when appropriate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of developing and supporting supply planning solutions, data management, and reports
• Demand/Supply matching modeling, analysis and reporting experience
• Experience supporting relations with vendors on the fashion industry including supply planning, PO issuance and collaboration and production tracking is a plus
• Experience improving processes and providing system automation recommendations and strategies to manage solutions and data efficiently
• Experience with SAP ERP systems in fashion industry
• Organized, detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Experience with Excel and Access and ability to create ad-hoc reports and analytics thru data mining
