Responsibilities:

• Supervise Logistic HK Team including assign work to Drivers and Messengers
• Plan the delivery schedule and coordinate with other parties, such as Clients and Sales Department on delivery service
• React quickly and positively to enquiries related to invoice issues and delivery schedule
• Assist logistic document when necessary

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years in supervising Drivers or Messengers
• Knowledge on logistic document will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, ERP and Chinese word processing
• Be flexible to handle different ad-hoc or emergent situations
• Responsible, self-motivated with positive work attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
