Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Be responsible for key account management & business development
• Promote company products to ensure revenue growth
• Deliver quality customer service with expert knowledge, passion and care
• Promote and sell the products and services in professional sense
• Achieve Sales/ Services Targets and meeting with customer needs
• Handle Customer enquirers & complaints and provide customer service with patience and efficiency
• Provide unique customer care
• Develop a long-term customer relationship
• Sharing with customers company background to continue to enhance the brand
• Contribution to effective stock control and management, and visual display of merchandise
• Keeping the store tidy and clean to ensure an impressive customer experience
• Support in organize/ support sales events
• Participate in staff training
• Assist in office work
• Social media update 

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in retail industry preferred
• Customer oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
• Result-oriented service manner, pleasant and cheerful personality
• Presentable, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sense of responsibility
• Proactive, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Experience in sales  and Jewellery knowledge is an advantage 
• Candidates with no Jewellery working experience may also be considered
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Knowledge in marketing and online media support is an advantage
• Applicant with customer base is an advantage
• Mature, patient, with good manner and discipline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Fresh graduate with high potential will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
