Responsibilities:

• To handle day-to-day client liaison matters and help the execution of the sales and marketing activities.
• To source and liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• To provide office administrative support, prepare project documentation such as schedules, checklist, report, proposal, etc.
• To support the senior team members with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferable in Marketing/ Communication/ Advertising related discipline.
• 1 year of Advertising/PR agency experience, candidates with media experience will also be considered.
• Hardworking, good team player, willing to work overtime and work under pressure.
• Responsible, good communications skill, highly passionate.
• Good command in both written/spoken English & Chinese.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
