• Report to Department Manager in regards to oil filling stations’ operations, including sales and marketing as well as safety management.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Agents, Suppliers and other external parties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Liaise and maintain excellent relations with different parties, to ensure performance and services level meet with the Company’s standard.
• Assist Department Manager in developing and implementing safety precaution and measurement systems to achieve zero accident for Filling Stations.
• Monitor new legislation, advise relevant parties on possible impact to operations, initiate/facilitate appropriate action plans to cope with the changes and ensure the Company is compliance with all legislative requirements.
• Develop action plan and process for emergency issue and manage accident and injury investigation program.
• Explore potential new customers and sales networks to achieve sales targets and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
• Monitor the effectiveness of all marketing solutions for brand enhancement and brand equity development.
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assignment by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, Quality Management, Environmental Management or relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences, of which at least 3 years at managerial position in Oil/Gas Industry.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills; excellent communication skills; self-motivated and willing to work under tight schedules.
4. Creative in promotion strategy, tactics, and program development, strong analytical and business management skills.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, spoken and written
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
7. Have driving license and experience an advantage
8. Immediate available is preferred.
9. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Operations Manager.
