To continue develop and position the company as an industry leader as well as a customer-centric brand, our client is seeking for a high calibre brand professional to head up the branding team. 

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and leading a small team, you will act as the brand evangelist of the group. You will be developing and implementing strategic through-the-line brand initiatives and campaigns based on insights drawn from customer intelligence and research findings. Working closely with country CEOs and marketing teams in over 15 markets in the region, you and your team will lead the roll out of the campaigns across markets, ensuring its effectiveness and deliverables are consistent, with impact and of high standard. Your performance will be measured by but not limited to brand awareness, customer engagement level, A&P budget management, team management, stakeholder management and etc. 

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Advertising or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of experience in brand marketing for MNCs and within matrix working environment. Candidates from strong consumer background like FMCG, internet, consumer technology, B2C services sectors are highly regarded.   You are creative, strategic and with proven track record in building a strong brand regionally and/or globally. You are passionate, influential and confident yet a team player with positive attitude and ability to work with C-suites level. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills are required. Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
