We are partnering with an exclusive worldwide distributor of Enterprise software and we are looking for confident and organized individuals to join our marketing team in Hong Kong.

  We are looking for someone who is energetic, resourceful, interested in how technology is changing market places, someone who is resilient and can work in a fast-paced, dynamic market. The role will require negotiation skills, strong relationship skills, the ability to dive in and problem solve and work with the international marketing team to find innovative ways to reach the B2B market.

  The role will involve a wide range of marketing activities, including some administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

•         Work with our international Marketing Team locally and overseas.
•         Prepare and execute global marketing activities based on the marketing calendar.
•         Assist in the organization and management of Company sponsored events/projects including tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences.
•         Coordinate the production and distribution of a wide range of marketing communications activities and materials.
•         Collate market data and perform research as required.
•         Liaise with Sales Teams to understand current projects, to ensure a broad understanding of the market and assist with creation of support tools.
•         Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases.

Requirements:

•         A degree with minimum 1-5 years working experience (major in marketing would be an advantage but not essential)
•         Strong language and communication skills, English fluency a must
•         Strong research and presentation skills
•         Well-organized, detail-oriented personality
•         Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
•         Proactive with can-do attitude
•         Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms is a plus
