What you will do:

• Create communication plan and materials for social media, newsletter, French Creations and restaurants websites and other relevant channels

 • Generate the required growth, engagement and viewership of French Creations and Restaurants’ social media accounts and websites

 • Collaborate with local food bloggers / influencers or content creators in order to acquire content and/or grow brand awareness through their channels

 • Evaluate restaurant write-ups and reviews for all restaurants on marketing channels, booking platforms, food blogs and restaurant review pages.

 • Ensuring consistent branding and messaging of all outgoing marketing communications

 • Handle local press releases and offline activities with the Marketing team

 • Working closely with Marketing team and designers.

What you will need:

 • 2+ years of experience working in marketing communications, PR, content / creative writing, social media management

 • Degree in Communication Art, Public Relations and Marketing is a plus but not required

 • Experience dealing with local content writers / influencers or media is a plus

 • Able to work under pressure with a small creative team

 • Team player, independent worker and an effective communicator

 • Good written and spoken Cantonese and English
