Job Description

We are recruiting for an Accreditation Manager to handle pre-event accreditation for large events

Festival Date

17, 18, 19 November, 2017

Length of employment

2-3 months

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining an accreditation system for Clockenflap and other large events produced by Magnetic and our clients
• Creation of clearly defined zoning plans for events
• Registering all participants with an operational role at events
• Assigning the access rights and privileges to which a participant is entitled
• The production and distribution of the accreditation pass
• Managing Tournament time venue access requests
• Management of accreditation centres during events

Required Skills (must have)

• Proven hands on experience in accrediting large events, including music festivals
• Event operations experience would be considered a strong asset.
• Working knowledge of special event operations, overlay, facility management, event staffing
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills, time management,
• communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of at least one accreditation system, from configuration to pass and wristband production
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel 
• English language is a must, Cantonese a benefit
