We are recruiting for a Festival Operations Manager to work with our internal team and site management company on Clockenflap

Festival Date

17, 18, 19 November, 2017

Length of employment

3-4 months

Responsibilities

• Understand and assist with site plan in cooperation with site management team
• Assist with technical support for overall festival, especially temporary structures
• Assist with overall festival technical specifications
• Understand and assist team with producing accurate power requirements
• Procurement of technical related items
• Supplier liaison where necessary
• Lead load-in, setup and load-out from internal perspective
• Lead internal site labour team

Required Skills (must have)

• Proven hands on experience in large events, and related technical knowledge and ability
• Site management experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills, time management,
• Communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch-Up would be a benefit
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
• Fully bi-lingual in English and Cantonese
