We are seeking for Project Managers to assist, support and lead with various aspects of event management and production for Clockenflap.

Festival Date

17, 18, 19 November, 2017

Length of employment

2-4 months

Responsibilities (Junior Level)

• Supplier research and quoting
• Budget tracking and administration
• General support, where needed, to production team
• Assistance with festival accreditation
• Contribution to and awareness of onsite schedule, rules and regulations governing the festival site
• Onsite management of smaller elements of the festival

Responsibilities (Junior Level)

• Develop and follow realistic design and production deadlines
• Manage and control the overall budget
• Understand and contribute to the onsite schedule
• Onsite management of manpower and teams for setup and dismantle
• Integrate with the internal design team schedule and process
• Understand and follow government regulations related to temporary structures and public entertainment licensing

Required Skills (must have)

• Experience in event management or music festival background – length and type of experience to determine role
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills, time management
• Communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
• Proficiency in the use of Illustrator / AutoCAD / Sketch Up is an advantage
• Fully bi-lingual in English and Cantonese
