Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal pricing rate negotiations for Air, Sea and Sea-Air in cooperation with Procurement, Operations & Subcontractors
• Participate in internal pricing rate negotiation meetings for Panalpina Air and Ocean as assigned by the superiors
• Establish Airfreight, Ocean Freight and Sea-Air rates for offline traffics in cooperation with Operations and/or Subcontractor under guidance of superior
• Participate in the review of Operations costs
• Administer communication of Suggested Retail Prices for all small medium enterpries related business.
• Obtain and provide Ad-hoc rates
• Establish rates for customer for strategic Area request for qutoation (in cooperation with Tender Management).
• Gather and evaluate market information (customer requirements, competitiveness and market trends).
• Rate analysis on specific customer , routing as assigned by superiors
• Profit & loss analysis for accounts/ routing as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Degree Holder, graduates in Logistics, Transportation, Shipping or Business Administartion is a definite advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
• Have a general knowledge of marketing and/or product management
• Understanding of market trends
• Strong mathematical sense is a must
• Able to work well with cross-functional interfaces, diverse and cultures
• Structure, organize, including prioritizing, planning, assigning and controlling objectives
• Communicate and network using advanced inter-personal skills
• Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese
• Can work under pressure 
• For less experienced candidates, to be considered as Assistant Pricing Manger
