Job Description

 

Responsibilities :

  •  Provide solutions to Member/Merchant issues escalated by the Australia and New Zealand Subsidiary Office.
  • Provide general document adaptions for the subsidiaries and obtain the necessary approvals.

  • Provide guidelines, coaching, monitoring, and quality assurance to ensure subsidiaries are performed efficiently to maintain KPI.

  • Serve as back up for the Hong Kong & Macau Subsidiary Offices when their Country Support is not available.

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks.

 

 Requirement :

  •  University degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 year living experience in Australia or New Zealand, preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • At least 1-2 year work experience in the Customer Service/Member Service industry
  • Knowledge of Cantonese and Chinese word processing is an advantage.
  • Understand loyalty program or has knowledge or prior exposure is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
