Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer enquiries from incoming phone calls and on-line platforms
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department to provide timely and proper customer service
• Provide administrative support to Marketing team
• Assist in event management and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience in customer service
• Basic knowledge in baby care products and social media
• A good communicator with positive attitude and helpful manner
• Good command in Cantonese and English, Mandarin a plus
