RESPONSIBILITES

• To independently plan & lead events from program planning , sponsorship recruitment to event operation
• To provide strategic planning and advice in event management and marketing communication projects
• To get involved in new project development
• To prepare detailed proposal for events

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduates with min 5 years working experience in event management
• At least 2 years experience in management level , especially in agency is an advantage
• China experience will be an advantage
• Strong organizational , communication & interpersonal skill
• Good project management and time management
• Able to work under pressure & to meet tight deadlines
• Self motivated , creative, energetic and aggressive
• Good spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Event Executive
