Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external partners for planning and execution of various marketing campaigns and events
• Prepare event rundown and floor plan arrangement
• Helpers recruitment and orientation
• Liaise with hotel floor manager
• Answer hotline for enrollment
• Prepare and maintain all event materials in good conditions
• Venue set up and manage event material deliver to site
  
  
  

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Event Management
• Hard working, presentable, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded are required
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Chinese input，MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Able to work in tight schedule and under pressure
• Require to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday
• Immediately report duty are require
