You will

• Oversee the development and implementation of exhibitions including contracting, budgeting, design, installation, operation, dismantlement, logistics and resources planning
• Liaise with external organisations, curators and artists and maintain good partnerships and work relationships with them. Respond to all enquiries and provide feasible solutions
• Liaise with artists for all aspects of public art commissions, including planning, production, launching and communication
• Supervise internal and external team for installation and dismantlement of exhibitions
• Manage internal workflow for procuring service providers and ensure works are delivered timely and the quality is to the entire satisfaction and best interest of Tai Kwun
• Oversee loan agreements, copyright clearance with artists and external organisations/individuals, and follow up any related issues effectively
  
  
  

You should have/be

• Degree in Arts or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the arts field, at least 5 years of which at a more senior position, overseeing planning, production and logistics of exhibitions. Exposure in international art productions and logistics is preferred
• Excellent knowledge in contemporary art and well versed in contemporary art infrastructure and art service infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
