Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Marketing and Communications Department on all Public Relations (PR) & Communications related works;
• Write and edit corporate news, press releases and customer notifications internally and externally;
• Assist in and promote MOL Liner’s brand building and identity;
• Maintain and update the company’s website and intranet;
• Support and coordinate MOL Liner’s marketing data and environmental assessment reports;
• Coordinate and execute “Count on MOL.” campaign within the organization;
• Initiate and organize corporate events, such as Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities;
• Update corporate presentations on a monthly basis;
• Source promotional giveaways and liaise with third parties, such as vendors;
• Work with related MOL offices or departments on public relations/advertisement projects, such as promotional brochure;
• Perform ad-hoc duties, such as vessel photo shooting, as required.  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications or Related discipline;
• 1-2 years work experience in public relations and communications is preferred;
• High proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• A self-starter, self-motivated and being able to work independently;
• Proactive, well-organized, analytical with logical thinking and attentive to details;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); Familiar with design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
