Responsibilities :

·         Assist marketing executive on daily tasks.

·         Responsible for conceptualising, copywriting, translating and developing creative content for newsletter, promotional materials, websites, and other corporate collaterals.

·         Perform linguistic tasks such as rewriting, editing, proofreading and quality check.

·         Develop and assist to execute online promotion and campaigns on the digital platforms.

·         Provide daily customer service to online sales enquiries from our customers.

·         Act as the main communicator via our social media channels with all our customers.

·         Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Marketing, Merchandising team, to ensure effective communication and smooth operation;

·         Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

✓     Degree in e-commerce, marketing, journalism or relevant discipline is preferred.

✓     Experience in online retailing is an advantage.

✓     Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST.

✓     Well-organized, creative, proactive and detail oriented.

✓     Familiar with the current market trends and possess good fashion knowledge.

✓     Good understanding with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, etc) and passionate for social media engagement.

✓     Flexible attitude towards multi-tasking and working beyond the normal office hours.

✓     As small team member, able to be responsible and be a positive team player.

✓     Able to type in Chinese is a must.

✓     Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and illustrator.

✓     Fresh graduates will also be considered.

✓     Immediate available is highly preferred
