Job Description
Main Job Purpose:
Increase the Brand's awareness and recognition through creative PR & Marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Increase brand awareness and recognition through:
i. managing day-to-day communications with the media, maintain and establish relationships with editors / stylists and maximise exposure of products
ii. maintaining and improving press coverage
iii. developing and managing online marketing and social media initiatives - Assist with formulating PR strategies for the target markets and manage their execution
- Manage ongoing launches of new collections
- Manage press samples and loans
- In addition to managing press relations, assist with developing general marketing strategies and identify cross-promotion opportunities with relevant and non-competing parties
- Initiate and manage marketing campaigns and projects, including overseeing the production of marketing materials, both online and print
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- University graduate with international exposure;
- minimum 3 years' related working experience in the luxury sector is a must; candidates with no relevant background will not be considered;
- Possesses a solid and updated media list;
- Exposure to the local PR / media environment and good knowledge of social media would be advantageous;
- Supreme interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive and organised;
- Adaptable, able to multi-task and eager to learn;
- Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; additional language skills would be beneficial;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
