Responsibilities:

• Promote our clients brand names by developing and supporting field marketing programs.
• Provide support to the Event Team for variety of marketing related activities (seminars, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, redemptions, etc)
• Manage venue sourcing, prepare quotation and event reports
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for event management
• Host and manage the logistics for regular business seminars

Requirements:

• University graduate with 1 year of working experience
• Experience in media/advertising/production house/modeling industry is preferable
• Well-organized, self-motivated, creative and can work under pressure and timeline
• Proficiency in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
