Job Description:

• Enhance brand awareness and expand market share through online marketing strategies
• Maintain and update digital contents and product info of company official digital platform, including company website and all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)
• Monitor incoming comments and messages on all social media platforms;
• Act as the main communicator via our social media channels with all our customers
• Manage daily online orders processing to cope with our e-business, eg prepare order checklist, payment checking, prepare refund document, customers enquiries, etc)
• Follow up order status and coordinates with Logistics and warehouse to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze the results and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Perform other ad hoc duties when necessary

Job Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Digital Marketing or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with at least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing/eCommerce
• Good understanding with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
• Proactive, responsible, mature and good communication skills
• Multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
