Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to sales teams 
• Handle email/ telephone calls and esquires from clients if necessary
• Prepare and update worksheets/ reports
• Perform Marketing tasks and organize events

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least one year experience in administration/customer services /marketing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Hand on experience in using Photoshop/ AI is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good interpersonal skill with outgoing character
• Hardworking, self-motivated and willing to learn
