Job Duties

• Responsible for licensing business such as handling licensees product approvals, tracking project progress and contractual compliance, keeping full records of project which include product samples, media reports, invoices…etc.
• Manage and operate online shops
• Develop and manage social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.)
• Prepare marketing materials such as quotation, proposal, contract, report, pamphlet etc.
• Organize marketing events and promotions including setup, co-ordinating and follow up with all parties
• Perform general office duties

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant position with exposure in character licensing an advantage
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in website, online shop, app design and development
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese would be an advantage
