We are looking for highly motivated multi-talented professional with strong experience across multiple production disciplines and skill sets. Candidates should have direct experience in the following areas;

• Event Production: Planning, coordinating, managing, supporting, and executing corporate or high level events.
• Content Production: Managing and producing multimedia and digital media content. Experience filming, editing, creating motion graphics, for digital content.
• Social Media: Experience leveraging social media including content for social media.

Ideal candidates should have no less than three years experience providing professional support in the above listed services including:

• Client consultation and event and/or content creation planning.
• Event Production

o   Technical experience to support audio visual systems and equipment for events. Venue coordination, reservations, vetting and suitability evaluation.

o   Event support team planning, management and supervision

o   Vendor management and coordination for all required event services.

o   Event budget management and cost planning.

• Digital Media experience with content creation including;

o   Preproduction planning

o   Camera and videography

o   Video Editing

o   Some motion graphics experience.

o   Other digital content creation.

We are seeking strong team players to provide event services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have some experience using or supporting video conferencing, audio visual systems and familiarity with production or coordination for event video. Attention to detail, commitment to high quality service and professionalism are required.

Position involves daily client support, consultation and customer service for clients using our services. Strong, effective communication and organizational skills are a must.

Requirements

• Education

o   College degree or equivalent education

• Minimum Required Experience

o   Three years corporate or professional experience working in a fast paced technology environment.

o   Three or more years experience working with events, digital media and related audio visual systems.

o   Demonstrated customer service experience.

o   Strong Microsoft Office skills

o   Business level English
