Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through online channels
• Communicate with customers through telephone calls, including cold calls
• Answer enquiries on direct marketing programs, collect market information and prepare performance reports to management
• Interact with clients and internal departmentsfor necessary follow up to effectively deliver our services
• Update all activities interacted with customers in sales system on a daily basis
• Coordinate and manage sales projects
• Support and assist the Sales and Marketing team, Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in sales and customer service
• Good communication and telemarketing skills
• Social media marketing experience is an advantage
• Pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated and hardworking, able to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales target
• Proficient in PC operations knowledge including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
