Job Description

• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Receiving incoming calls and handling telephone enquires
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting and receiving patients
• Handling mails and express deliveries, faxes, etc
• Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Secondary graduate or above
• More than 1 year experience in customer services/receptionist preferred
• Detailed-minded, well organized, hardworking and responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Adequate command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available
