RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raising and amending purchase orders, keep tracking of the deliveries
• Management of the pre-qualification process
• Build relationships, maintain and monitor the performance of suppliers
• Obtain and evaluate price and quality on different suppliers to support ongoing cost reduction and rating
• Good sense of R&D and keep track of market trend
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or above,
• 3-5 years procurement experience preferably in Pharm disciplines
• Knowledge of GMP is an advantage
• MS office and Chinese word typing
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
