Responsibilities

• Require to carry out all kinds of medical laboratory tests and procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate staff in the laboratory
• Interface with doctors and laboratory technicians to ensure adherence to quality requirements
• Customer oriented with good communications with doctors, nurses and other corporate clients
• To compile and maintain quality management system
• To assist in laboratory documents maintenance including lab manuals, SOP, QA records, maintenance records, inventory records..etc.
• To validate the quality system. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality defects, Improve existing and set new internal procedures to maintain high level of compliance
• Monitor and manage 3rd party audit program.
• Liaise with third party laboratory for updated safety regulations as needed
• Participate in quality audits and other quality related projects / quality training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines
• Part II Registration of Medical Laboratory Technologist with a valid practicing certificate issued by the HKMLT Board
• Basic PC skills required
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
