Job Description
Out client is an international pharmaceutical company that is rapidly growing in Asia Pacific, to cope with their expansion plan, they are now inviting a high caliber to lead their consumer care team in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- Lead the consumer healthcare sales team and distributor by managing their daily performance and to optimize sales performance
- Formulate and implement strategic sales strategies to promote blockbuster consumer care product pipeline to penetrate modern and general trade channels
- Maintain close relationship with existing customers and develop new sales leads
- Keep abreast with current market trends and demands; work closely with marketing team on different marketing activities to increase brand awareness and to achieve optimal business results
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 7 years' relevant sales experience working in the FMCG industry with strong general trade and distributor management experience; general trade and modern trade management experience is a must
- Strong leadership skills with minimum 3 years' sales team and distributor management experience
- Strong presentation, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills possessing excellent business sense
- Result-driven, committed, self-starter and well-organized
- Proficient in Chinese and English
