Job Duty:

• Liaise with various suppliers for purchasing, price negotiation and logistics arrangement
• Handle the full purchasing process
• Close cooperation with sales and logistics team for assuring the delivery schedule
• Vendors management and update procurement database
• Take corrective and preventative action in defective goods management.
• Tackle any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably 2 years purchasing experience
• Hands-on computer knowledge, including MS office and ERP
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive, and logical mindset
