Responsibilities:

• Manages vendor relationships and contracts.
• Keep track of production status with vendors to hit targets and delivery
• Keep production orders in system/vendor with clear and connection information so ensure smooth shipment
• Ensures quality standards are met on all product categories managed
• Communicates potential production issues with the necessary parties and ensure timely resolutions
• Other duties as required from time to time to make sure the overall effectiveness and customer service focus of the organization

Job Requirement:

• F.7 or above, with Diploma in Textile or Fashion and Clothing is preferred
• At least 8 years relevant experience in sleepwear & intimate items (bra & panties), preferably in U.S. buying office
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skill to work with overseas buyers & vendors
• Good command of both written and spoken English, able to communicate in Mandarin
