Salary range :            18-24k

Responsibilities : 

• Report to General Manager 
• Individually responsible for the coordination of daily merchandising activities in costing, product development and mass production follow up.
• Individually regional sourcing and analysing factories, suppliers performance survey.
• Negotiating product prices, sales terms and conditions with potential & existing suppliers.
• Work closely with overseas Sales teams or customers to meet their sourcing requirements
• Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality and delivery dates.

Requirements : 

• Diploma or above
• 5 years or above sourcing & merchandising experience in multinational buying offices or buying agents, EEC market is preferable 
• Capable to work independently and handle product development / sourcing / costing / order / bulk production until final payment delivered to customer
• Able to work & deal with overseas buyers and factories independently
• Well organized, attentive to details, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Immediate available is highly preferable
