With a strong focus on vendor management, your new role will be to focus on effective and efficient engagement and management of a vendor base of 100+ vendors across Asia. This ranges across Apparel, Accessories and Footwear categories. Additionally you will focus on materials management, quality management and technical services for the business. You will be know for ensuring proactive engagement with vendors from not only your team, but through consistently demonstrating this yourself.

As an advocate of quality and technical excellence, you will take an active role to identify and engage new vendors, ensure perofrmance of existing vendors and be collaborative with sourcing and brand design teams to champion the design integrity and brand standards across the region.

Additionally you will be driver of compliance of local and product category regulations and play a lead role in implementing best practices and proceedures developed corporately into the region and its partners. With a solid comprehension of supply chain, you will be diligent in ensuring that OTIF delivery is a consistent standard and fully mitigate risks with new and existing vendors and product categories in this regard.

As the leader of the Asia hub, it should go without saying that you are known for your ability to lead and inspire teams and are highly regarded for your commercial acumen and natural emotional intelligence.

This opportunity is a perfect next role for someone with solid asia vendor management experience whom has a significant strength in quality or technical apparel design and has evidence of leading large teams and managing the opex of this. You will be reporting to the Global COO based in Europe whom is a highly engaged, experienced and humble leader with a very solid understanding of life in Asia and the challenges of roles of this nature in the region.
