Follow up from daily purchase order processing

Follow up orders with vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliery

Responsible for product development process to ensure that products meets customers' Quality and budget requirements

Arrange and monitor the delivery status

Organizing exhibitions

Any other ad-hoc follow up procedures

Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Japanese speaker preferred

Self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible,

Able to worker under pressure with strong problem solving skills

Immediately available is highly preferred
