Responsibilities:

1. Prepare purchase order and verify the incoming invoices with the PO
2. Follow up order status and update the inventory status in computer system to ensure accurate inventory and on time delivery
3. Develop and manage the procurement system
4. Update orders and shipments information for Sales department
5. Ask quotation from suppliers to get competitive price and search potential suppliers in Hong Kong or overseas
6. Supplier evaluation and maintain supplier lists
7. Generate sales leads and maintain long term business relationships with existing clients
8. Any other works assigned from superior

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above, Preferable in supply chain management / Procurement or other related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years or above sourcing/purchasing experience in food substance and packaging material
3. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
4. Hard working, strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good teamwork and able to lead 2-3 subordinates
