Responsibilities:

• Manage mainly on all kids area (woven, sweater and jersey)

• Lead a team of 2 Merchandisers on new born and some kids essential such as hosiery

• Formulate and execute the short /term sourcing strategy to support the needs and growth of the Company

• Review cost sheets and conduct negotiations with vendors

• Create and update sourcing tracking report to share with the Europe sourcing team

• Manage the product development till bulk production are in line with development/bulk buy calendar

• Support and maintain strategic vendor relationship

• Work collaboratively with QA team on product specification

• Communicate manufacturing issues to senior and support for identifying root causes and work for resolution proactively

• Act as liaison between manufacturing facilities, Hong Kong office and Headquarter concerning all development and production related issues

Requirements:

• Graduate in Merchandising, Garments, Textile or related discipline

• At least 6 years solid experience in sourcing sportswear products

• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin

• Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
