RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform sourcing & procurement of all audio-visual & music equipment & services on     project basis
• Responsible for purchase order and receipts data entry, delivery coordination,               distribution and inventory tracking etc.
• Maintenance of all purchase & warranty file related records.
• Prepare budget forecast/account payables & project cost monitoring
• Follow up & liaise with suppliers & project team to ensure project deliverables fit             project schedule & site condition
• Register for product warranty & follow up maintenance issues
• Maintain stock & inventory management & prepare monthly purchasing report
• New sourcing and work out price comparison and analysis reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 3 years related  working experiences
• High diploma or above
• Diligent, punctual, willing to learn, good communication skill & willing to work under pressure.

 REMUNERATION

• Monthly Salary: HKD 12,000 - HKD 18,000 (depends on qualification & performance)
