Job Duties:

• To assist on sales administration work
• Liaise withdifferent parties to monitor the schedule of Production/ Delivery/Inventory control
• Set and monitor multiple schedule on different stages of work to meet project/delivery deadline
• To provide after sales service for B2B and B2C customer in USA / Middle east and Asia countries
• Prepare Sales data and reports through the EC platform for management
• Travel to China & Overseas occasionally
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers & suppliers
  
  

Requirement:

• Diploma or above
• At least 5 years working experience in trading or manufacturing industrial with e-commerce background
• Relevant experience in supply chain, warehouse management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Possess sense of responsibility, Strong organizational skills, good initiative and detail oriented
• Good interpersonal skills (with Negotiation Skill will be at an advantage).
• Good computer skills, familiar with MS office, SAP, Prestashop
• Ability to work multi-tasking with good coordination
• Relevant experience in outdoor furniture/solar lighting is preferable
• International exposure is a plus
