This well-established business is looking for a talent to join he regional Procurement team capable of raising the profile and value of the strategic procurement across the group. As an award winning business in multiple categories, they are continuously seeking young and bright talents to bring new ideas innovations to the business.

As a strategic procurement professional you will act as an individual contributor in the execution of some of the indirect categories. You will be responsible for maximizing cost savings from using strategic costing and benchmarking analysis to deliver value to business units. In addition, you will build partnerships with internal stakeholder, manage the suppliers to drive long-term relationships, innovation and continuous improvement of internal processes.

To be qualified for this opportunity, you need to have the following competencies and experience:

• Degree holder, with knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain
• 8 years plus of procurement experience in FMCG Retail sector
• Experience in Luxury Retail is an advantage
• 3 years plus of managerial experience
• Developing and implementing international procurement strategies
• Creative and Strong Business Sense and ability to influence
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Recognize problems and react quickly and effectively to resolve them
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
