BUYING MANAGER (WOMENSWEAR)

Responsibilities:

• Manage sell-through and deliveries of all responsible brands and take decisive action to deal with their performance
• Review and participate in buying strategy to align with company direction
• Manage sales and stock levels by closely monitoring the OTB system in order to drive business target
• Identify and develop business opportunity and growth of the responsible brands
• Determine pricing strategies for merchandise based on market reviews, competitor positions and vendor relationship
• Make recommendations for changes and improvements on related merchandise activities to maximize sales opportunity in store
• Manage the business relationship with vendors through regular communication involved brand performance

Requirements:

• University graduate with Fashion related disciplines preferred
• 7 years or above solid merchandising experience in high-end fashion and accessories 
• Familiar with both local and overseas market situation and trends
• Effective and qualitative interpretation of the fashion trend
• Sound analytical and managerial skills
• Detailed-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command ofboth written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Buyer
