Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory, delivery and reordering situations to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained in stores in a timely manner
• Manage daily merchandise related task such as defectives, customer's merchandise return/ exchange/ repair etc.
• Consolidate all related figures/data in reporting format for a regular update and analytical purpose
• Provide shops and brand information by preparing brand / product knowledge materials
• Coordinate with stores on stock movement including allocation, replenishment and consolidation
• Work with the stores to establish a balanced range of merchandise suited to the customer profile of store

Requirements:

• University graduate with Fashion related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in luxury fashion retail industry
• Strong fashion sense and sensitive to market trends
• Hands-on PC experience in MS office especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills and sensitive with numbers
• Detail-minded, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
