Main Duties

1. Ensure execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative work
2. Prepare and issue purchase orders to overseas factories as well as managing each order shipment plans from creation to payment
3. Manage all purchase orders timely updated in system
4. Check supplier shipping documents and prepare related internal documents
5. Liaise with internal parties to make sure all specifications are communicated and received by Supplier
6. Maintain purchasing records

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Fluent in English
2. Min. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain related major
3. Detail minded, strong analytical and organizational skills
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
5. Good presentation and report writing skills
