Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various parties to ensure customer orders are handled promptly and accurately
- Issue invoices or delivery note for order fulfillment
- Handle return order with various parties
- Provide clerical and administrative support on daily operations to the department
- Assist manager on any ad hic tasks
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in FMCG industry
- Detailed mind & accuracy in data input
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing)
- Able to work independently in fast moving environment
- Positive work attitude, well-organized, willing to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- 5.5 working days per week
