Inventory Controller (HKD 11-13k)

Responsibilities

• Inventory management - inventory control, assist in monthly stock take,
• assist in monthly inventory audit,
• prepare monthly inventory report,
• prepare daily inventory report other general warehouse duties.
• Conduct cycle counting and stock taking
• Ensure shipment accuracy and report discrepancy
• Handle store replenishment and store pick up cargo checking
• Communicate and provide stock checking support to internal departments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
• Inventory analysis with report writing and investigation
• Ensure that goods inward/stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
• Work with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly

Requirements

• Min. 1 year experience in warehouse / inventory management
• Proficient in computer applications. MS Windows, Word, Excel
• Secondary educated
• Good command of Chinese and English
• High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge of computer skill
